Hands-on Healthcare Technology Consultant, Solution Designer and System Analyst specializing in creative problem solving nd designing high-value solutions. A decade of system analysis, consulting and solution designing experience with 68 organizations, vendors and service lines - completed 1200+ system changes, and developed 300+ solution designs.
Led a project Team to create a modular clinical service line custom-solution, built on a responsive framework architecture, with a focus on clinically integrated design and performance reporting, inevitably replacing a vendor platform. Developed a project planning and organization infrastructure to more efficiently operationalize the implementation of additional service lines. Service Lines: Stroke, Spine, Heart Failure, Total Joint, Hip Fracture, COPD.
Designed and implemented a custom-solution for providers to perform documentation with the assistance of built-in, advanced decision support functionality to identify appropriate actions to confirm PE based on Simplified Revised Geneva Score (SRGS), Pulmonary Embolism Rule-Out Criteria (PERC), and D-Dimer Age-Adjusted Thresholds. Subsequently, SRGS/PERC documentation and decision support performed actions flow to ED PowerNotes.
Designed and implmented a COVID-19 clinical leader organizer custom-solution, to easily identify COVID-19 patients, their treatment plans, clinically relevent vitals/labs, isolation precautions, and advanced acre planning status. The solution was shared and adopted by other health systems using Cerner Millennium EMR.
Designed and implemented a multi-disciplinary, autmated solution to identify food insecure apteints and deliever a food bag to their room on discharge (for home-use). Assisted with the development of a tableau dashboard for program performance reporting.
